SubCulture invites The Block Tel Aviv for a showcase in Tokyo

SubCulture – creating an artistic bridge between Japan and Israel – bringing alternative lifestyle, Music, arts & culture events to and from each country.

The First Episode of SubCulture events invites rising Israeli Club THE BLOCK TEL AVIV & its residents Tal Cohen, Pharaoh & Yogg . After hosting both DJ Nobu & Wata Igarashi last year twice , This will be the first time we invite The Block Tel AVIV to Tokyo.

After the Club has made a huge name for himself in the international electronic music circuit, with praise over the amazing custom made sound system, one of a kind mixer (Trax One) & even the artistic design of their flyers.  Hosting Huge acts as Seth Troxler, Nina Kraviz, Modeselektor, Ben Klock, Dixon, Marcel Dettman, John Talabot, DJ Koze, Diplo, Louie Vega, Tiga, Gilles Peterson, Guy Gerber, Apparat, SBTRKT, Henrik Schwarz, Derrick Carter, Ellen Allien, and DJ Harvey.

SubCulture excited to have wonder boy Wata Igarashi.  His booming productions & live sets has him around the globe having a huge recognition from vast around the music scene worldwide.

Introducing Wata to the Block and creating the first contact have become an amazing relationship resulting in 2 gigs in Tel Aviv and strong experience, we are sure the same magic & chemistry will happen again in Tokyo.

Local Tai T.Ram will be opening, after playing for the second time at the Block last April and as the man behind the event it was only natural for the Israeli born to set the tune of the night.

Contact floor will be hosted by our good friends from Pandora Kollektive , with a great underground party line at Bonobo for the last few years, combining eclectic genres and various artists with live visual art promising a great scenario for the night.
