アンダーグランドとオーバーグラウンドを揺らす世界的トップDJ、ジェイミージョーンズが２年ぶりに来日
アンダーグラウンドなDJカルチャーにおいてJamie Jonesが世界の頂点に君臨するアーティストの一人であるということに異論を唱えるものはいないだろう。
2011年にRAのDJランキングで１位を獲得して以降、同ランキングが終了する昨年まで常に上位を記録。その一方で、自身が主宰する”Hot Creations”は、数々のヒット曲を生み出し音楽チャートを席巻してたインディペンデントレーベルである。そのレーベルのパーティであるPARADISEは、世界各地に飛び火し、毎回超満員のプラチナチケット化するほど熱狂的な支持を得るビッグ・ブランドになっている。
さらにバンドプロジェクトHot Naturedでは、1st EPの「Benediction」が、2013年のUK top 40にチャートインし、さらにデビューアルバム『Different Sides Of The Sun』がiTunes (2013)の年間ランキングのelectronic dance chart 1位を記録。アンダーグラウンドシーンを飛び出し、メジャーシーンをも揺るがすビッグバンドとなった。Hot Creationsのサブレーベルである”HOTTRAX”と”Emerald City”の作品群も幾度となくBeatportで 1位を記録しており、その上質で刺激的なサウンドを輩出するJamie Jonesの審美眼は、世界中の音楽ファンから注目を集めてきた。
そしてCoachellaやGlastonbury、Tomorrowland、Parklife、Movement Detroit、Timewarpといった世界最高峰のフェスから、数千人規模のクラブギグまでヘッドライナーとして出演してきた。そんなJamie Jonesが約2年ぶりに日本に帰還し、LiLiTHに出演する。
StudioXフロアの脇を固めるのは、2017年にヨーロッパとアジアツアーを大成功に収めたLiLiTHのレジデントDJのNaoki Serizawaを筆頭に、”King Street Sounds”、”Centric Music”といった海外レーベルからリリースを重ね国内外で活躍する国内最高峰ハウスデュオ、Dazzle Drums。
一方でContactフロアには、DJ DARUMA & JOMMYがアンダーグラウンドシーンで表現したい最新モードを披露するエクスクルーシヴな3時間ロングセット。さらに20年以上のキャリアと年間100本以上のギグをこなす圧倒的な経験値からくる幅広いプレイスタイルが高評価を得ているKITONOA。OATHのレジデントDJであり、クラブフィールドからファッションシーンまで幅広く活躍する若手注目株のEITAとRENも出演。音楽以外でも、R領域による廃材を利用した巨大なスクラップアートのデコレーションやライティングアーティストMachidaによる照明演出が幻想的で非日常的な空間を彩る。

In 2011, Jamie Jones ranked in at #1 in the RA poll and rose to stardom from the underground DJ culture. While maintaining his position in the high rankings, he has been very successful with his label “Hot Creations” releasing hits after hits. His party, PARADISE, has also reached an audience on a global scale. Also known for the electronic dance music group Hot Natured, which has boosted his career to the next level with their 1st EP「Benediction」and their debut album「Different Sides of the Sun」. He’s shared the stage with the best at festivals such as Coachella, Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, Parklike, Movement Detroit, and Timewarp to name a few.
Jamie Jones returns to Japan for the first time in 2 years to headline for the party LiLiTH. Supporting the act in the Studio X is the resident NAOKI SERIZAWA, and the duo Dazzle Drums who has releases from “King Street Sounds” and “Centric Music”.
In the Contact floor, an exclusive 3 hour set by DJ DARUMA & JOMMY, KITONOA with a career spanning over 20 years, the young and talented EITA and REN will navigate the crowd for the evening. Along with art installations, decorations and lighting by Machida, there’ll be something for everyone to enjoy.
